Emanate Health is seeking an Emergency Services Registered Nurse in Covina, CA to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with acute or urgent conditions across diverse settings. The role involves neonatal to geriatric patients and requires strong clinical judgment and teamwork.

Minimum requirements include a California RN license, BLS, and ACLS/PALS within 3 months of hire. New grads may join the RN New Grad Program; one year of clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in California required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS within 3 months of hire.
• New grads may enter Emanate Health RN New Grad Program; 1 year clinical experience preferred.
• ED nursing experience preferred; Basic ER Nursing Course within 6 months for those with no ER experience.
• Assaultive Behavior Training per AB508/SB1299 within 30 days of hire/transfer.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification "A" within 3 months; 8 hours Stroke Education annually.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for acute/episodic emergencies across settings.
• Provide education and appropriate referrals; maintain patient and family education.
