Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks an experienced ER Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care during emergencies at an on-site facility in Templeton. You will perform rapid triage, document assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and health staff to develop effective care plans.

The role requires active ER experience, ACLS/PALS as applicable, and strong communication. You will engage in continuous learning, participate in drills, and meet performance targets

Qualifications

• Active ER nursing with evidence of acute care experience.

• Proficiency with EHR documentation and incident reporting.

• Willingness to participate in drills, QA initiatives, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the applicable state or region.
• Active ACLS certification and PALS as applicable for ER settings.
• Minimum 2 years ER or acute care nursing experience.

• Infection control adherence and universal precautions.
• Proficiency with EHR documentation and incident reporting.
• Medication administration and monitoring per ER protocols.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, techs, and allied health staff.

• Willingness to participate in drills, QA initiatives, and continuous learning.
