TalentBurst is hiring an Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a Lansing, MI assignment. Start ASAP for 14 weeks, night shifts (19:00–07:30) on-site at a Level I trauma center. Qualifications include state license and advanced certifications (ACLS, BCLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH).

Expect 3 weekends per 4-week cycle and potential pediatric float opportunities. Travelers must meet unit requirements and may be scheduled for up to 8 patients during peak times with high patient ratios.

Required Experience:

• Level I trauma experience REQUIRED
• 2 year minimum experience REQUIRED
• Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias
• EPIC charting experience

Preferred Experience:

• Unit accepts 1st time travelers
• Continuous IV sedation and Procedural Sedation Administration experience
• Triage experience

Additional info about the unit:

Level 1 Trauma Center, Stroke Center, Heart Center and Pediatric Emergency Department. Currently experiencing high 1:5-6 ratios. It could be up to 8 depending how many patients come in and holidays.

• Traveler has Level I trauma experience
• Traveler agrees to work 3 weekends (Fri-Sun) per 4 week schedule
• Traveler acknowledgment of high ratios 1:5-6 ratios. It could be up to 8 depending how many patients come in.
• Traveler has required certifications - TNCC, ACLS, BCLS, PALS, NIH
• Modules are NOT billable; please margin for 5 hours
