Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an ER physician for a full-time position in Austin-Westlake, Texas. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of emergencies and collaborate with specialists to deliver timely care.

The role requires MD/DO, board certification in Emergency Medicine, active state licensure, and ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications, with 1–2 years ER experience preferred. Join a fast-paced team dedicated to quality care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Current and valid state medical license.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications.
• Minimum 1–2 years of ER experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with a wide range of emergencies.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to guide treatment plans.

What you’ll do:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with a wide range of medical emergencies.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging) to guide treatment plans.
• Administer medications and perform procedures as needed in emergency situations.
• Provide clear, concise documentation of patient care in compliance with medical and regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including specialists and primary care physicians, for ongoing patient care.
• Adhere to all medical protocols, quality standards, and patient safety guidelines.
