Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a pharmacist to participate in comprehensive clinical and distributive pharmacy services. You will support safe, cost-effective therapies and contribute to program development and maintenance to ensure high-quality outcomes for all patient ages.

The role emphasizes adherence to policies, regulatory requirements, and ongoing education. A strong clinical background in hospital pharmacy and licensure are required or pursued with state board compliance.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• License as a pharmacist in good standing.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Process orders and dispense medications per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to departmental clinical programs and educational goals.
• Improve accuracy and efficiency of pharmacy processes to promote patient safety.
