Qualifications
- Pharmacy degree from an accredited college.
- Preferred ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency or equivalent, but not required.
- Preferred clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
- Licensed as a pharmacist in good standing with the OK State Board of Pharmacy.
Responsibilities
- Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
- Process orders and dispense medications according to policies, procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Administer ACGME accreditation and reporting requirements to external agencies.
- Contribute to the educational goals of the department.
- Enhance the performance, accuracy, and efficiency of pharmacy processes to promote patient safety and outcomes.
