Qualifications
- Pharmacist licensed in good standing with the OK State Board of Pharmacy.
- ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency preferred, not required.
- Hospital-based clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited college.
Responsibilities
- Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
- Participate in departmental clinical programs as assigned.
- Process orders and dispense medications according to policies and regulatory requirements.

- Contribute to the educational goals of the department.
