Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide safe, cost-effective medication therapies and support both clinical and distributive pharmacy services. The role ensures adherence to policies and contributes to departmental educational goals while promoting patient outcomes.

The position emphasizes ongoing process improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements, with opportunities for sign-on and relocation support. A PGY1 residency is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in good standing with state board.
• Preceptor license maintained after hire.
• ASHP-endorsed PGY1 residency preceptorship encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, cost-effective medication therapies.
• Process orders and dispense per policies and regulations.
• Support development and maintenance of clinical and distributive processes.
• Contribute to educational goals of the department.
• Improve pharmacy processes to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
