Qualifications

• ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Preferred hospital-based clinical pharmacy experience.
• Regulatory knowledge and emphasis on patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Participate in departmental targeted clinical programs as assigned.
• Process orders and dispense medications per policies and regulatory requirements; support accreditation and reporting.
• Contribute to educational goals of the department.
• Enhance pharmacy processes to promote patient safety and outcomes.
• Assist in development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical and distributive programs.
