Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D from an accredited college.
• Experience: ASHP-accredited PGY1 Residency preferred but not required.
• Licensure: OK Pharmacist license in good standing; preceptor license required on hire.
• Board certification in related practice area encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Ensures age-appropriate, safe and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Participates in departmental clinical programs as assigned.
• Process orders and dispense medications per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Administer ACGME accreditation and reporting requirements to external agencies.
• Contribute to educational goals of the department.
• Enhance performance, accuracy, and efficiency of pharmacy processes to improve patient safety and outcomes.
