Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a licensed pharmacist to participate in full clinical and distributive pharmacy services, ensuring safe, cost-effective therapies for all age groups. The role supports program development, regulatory compliance, and educational activities within a hospital setting.

Ideal candidates hold PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with licensure in good standing, and may have PGY1 residency or ASHP-certified preceptorship experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Hospital-based clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
• Licensed pharmacist in good standing and maintain licensure.
• Maintain ASHP-endorsed PGY1 residency program preceptorship upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Process orders and dispense medications per policies and regulations.
• Support departmental clinical programs and educational goals.
• Enhance pharmacy processes for safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
