Norman Regional Health System is seeking a pharmacist to participate in clinical and distributive services, ensuring safe and cost-effective therapies. The role supports educational goals, adheres to policies, and contributes to program development and patient outcomes daily.

Qualified candidates will hold a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with current licensure. ASHP PGY1 residency is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth and a focus on safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited college.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency preferred but not required.
• Current pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Preceptor license required to be maintained upon hire.
• Board certification in related practice area encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Participate in departmental clinical programs as assigned.
• Process orders and dispense medications per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with ACGME accreditation and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to educational goals and improve pharmacy processes for patient safety.
