Qualifikationen

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with state board (OK)
• Ability to maintain preceptor license through OK State Board of Pharmacy
• ASHP-endorsed PGY1 residency preceptorship preferred but not required
• Strongly encouraged to achieve/maintain board-certification

Aufgaben

• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Participate in departmental targeted clinical programs as assigned.
• Process orders and dispense medications according to established policies, procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements. Administration of the ACGME accreditation and reporting requirements to external agencies.
• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Contribute to the educational goals of the department.
• Enhance the performance, accuracy, and efficiency of pharmacy processes, to promote patient safety and improve outcomes.

Ausbildung

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy
