Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to function in a fast-paced medical team, supporting patient care from triage to discharge. The role mirrors ER tech duties and emphasizes accurate data entry, patient communication, and adherence to protocols.

Responsibilities include assisting in procedures, EKG monitoring, room turnover, and coordinating with front staff and radiology. A required 1 year of related experience and a current BLS certification apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of related experience.
• BLS certification.
• Pass background and drug tests.
• Ability to work a 9am–7pm weekday shift and 9am–4pm weekend shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in fast-paced settings (ER-style).
• Input discharge instructions and prescriptions into computer systems.
• Input basic triage data and assist in procedures.
• Maintain patient tracking and coordinate with team.
• Support clinicians with documentation and room turnover.
