Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Patient Access experience.
• Meets/exceeds registration accuracy and POS collection standards for at least the most recent 12 months.
• Exceeds departmental KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Patient Access resource and liaison to maximize efficiency, patient experience, throughput and collections goals.
• Operate in leadership role in absence of Manager/Supervisor and serve as a preceptor for new hires.
• Support go-lives and departmental initiatives; participate in committees.
