Qualifications

• EMR/EHR experience preferred and EPIC competency testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations for departments within the patient access department.
• Partner with supervisors to provide leadership coverage and presence to registration staff on weekends.
• Ensure effective operations by organizing workload and scheduling staff meals/breaks; monitor queues.
• Provide training and education to new staff and cross-train across patient access departments.
• Assist with Quality Assurance reviews to ensure data integrity and compliance with policies.
