Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist's ED Observation Unit in Winston-Salem, NC is a hybrid unit within a Level I trauma center focusing on emergency patient care. The RN coordinates comprehensive care, utilizing evidence-based practice to ensure safety and optimal patient experience across the continuum.

Sign-on bonus and relocation bonus are available. Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing program, an RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and have 2 years of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state where practicing.
• BLS certification; ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• 2 years of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Maintain a safe environment and communicate effectively to enhance patient experience.
