Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Treats critical injuries, allergic reactions, and trauma.
• Organizes, plans, supervises, and provides coordinated patient care within the unit.
• Supervises, develops, and evaluates assigned departmental staff nurses and technicians.
• Promotes adoption of nursing protocols and clinical guidelines to support evidence-based practice.
• Ensures effective scheduling, staffing, and supplies for patient care.
