Candidates should hold a BSN and Nevada RN license, with BLS and preferably ACLS/PALS/NRP or related specialty training. Prior supervisory experience in acute care is favored, driving performance and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN required and NV RN license.
• Minimum 1 year full-time or 3 years part-time in acute care; supervisory experience preferred.
• Current BLS; ACLS, PALS, NRP or related specialty training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assume shift responsibility and plan direct and indirect nursing care.
• Direct and facilitate multi-disciplinary teams toward safe, optimal outcomes.
