Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform total body and system assessment each shift/visit.
• Plan, implement, evaluate, and educate patient care.
• Utilize technology, procedures, protocols specific to assigned unit.
• Perform legible, timely, concise, and accurate documentation.
• Accept responsibility for decisions and cooperate with leadership.
• Participate in orientation of new staff and mentor students.
