Incredible Health is hiring an Emergency Department Registered Nurse for the Grand Blanc, MI area. The role focuses on rapid assessment, trauma care, and critical interventions in a busy ER environment.

You will triage, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, participate in code events, collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams, and educate patients and families about care plans. Shift options include day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, or per diem

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree and active RN license required.
• 1+ year ER experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Triage and treat patients requiring urgent medical care.
• Assess patients, prioritize care, and monitor health conditions.
• Administer medications and operate medical equipment; manage emergencies.
• Participate in code blue and other critical events.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans; coordinate with care teams.
