Job summary

The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. in Boston is recruiting for the Newly Licensed Nurse Residency cohort (March 2027).

The Emergency Department offers advanced, personalized care in a Level I Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center, with 24/7 trauma team coverage and state-of-the-art diagnostics. As a Registered Nurse, you will plan and provide patient care per Nursing Standards of Care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and grow through the residency program with competitive pay and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license required.
• 2+ years RN experience required.
• Emergency Department experience preferred.
• ACLS/BLS required.
• TNCC certification preferred.
• Membership in professional organizations recommended and certification in a specialty area encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide patient care for assigned patients according to Nursing Standards of Care.
• Demonstrate initiative, knowledge and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs.
• Be accountable to a nurse manager or supervisor for assessment, plan, implementation and evaluation.
