Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health – Marble Falls Emergency Department is seeking a Registered Nurse for PRN shifts. You will deliver direct patient care, support clinical teams and participate in trauma and stroke readiness initiatives.

The role requires an active RN license in Texas, BLS, and at least two years of relevant experience. Epic charting familiarity and strong communication are preferred to ensure safe, high-quality care for all patients.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in Texas (or eligible).
• BLS certification required within 30 days of start date.
• Minimum 2 years in a relevant nursing role.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize needs and create, implement, and assess care plans.
• Observe patient indicators and adapt care with evidence-based practice.
• Maintain a safe, caring environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and community to coordinate care.
• Utilize problem-solving and resources to support patients, families and staff.
