Job summary

Novant Health Mint Hill Medical Center in Mint Hill, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. You will provide rapid, compassionate, expert care to patients with diverse emergencies, perform rapid assessments, initiate life-saving interventions, and collaborate with physicians and the care team.

Shift: PRN Flex Dayshift and Nightshift. Location: Mint Hill Medical Center - 8201 Healthcare Loop Charlotte, NC 28215.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing; RN license required.
• One year relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state required.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid, compassionate care to ED patients with a wide range of illnesses and injuries.
• Perform rapid assessments, initiate life-saving interventions, and administer medications.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members; monitor patients throughout their emergency care journey.
• Deliver care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
