Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current NP/PA certification.
• Current DEA license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• ER setting experience preferred (2 years).
• Ability to meet age-specific emergency stabilization needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to all ages in a fast-paced emergency setting.
• Oversee patient flow and coordinate testing and care.
• Perform head-to-toe and psychosocial assessments as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medications and administration.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and staff professionally.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Engage in ongoing staff development and continuing education.
