Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Nursing diploma/Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• No prior experience required; 2+ years' experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and documents individualized care plans with input from patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.
• Supports a safe and healing environment, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.
