Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certificates on hire and maintained.
• Minimum of one year ER staff RN experience in acute care setting; ER experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, direct patient care in the ED, assess and monitor conditions, coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families; administer treatments and communicate changes to physicians.
• Supervise staff and ensure EMTALA and privacy/confidentiality standards.
