Job summary

SSM Health in Oklahoma City is seeking a seasoned Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care in a high-acuity setting with complex assessments and interventions. You will follow established policies and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

One year of ED RN experience and an active RN license with BLS/ALS certifications are required. You will work the night shift with a weekend option and enjoy a weekend premium of $15/hr, plus a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
Current RN license and BLS certification.
One year ED RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and situation.
Triages patients to prioritize care and expedite those needing immediate attention.
Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis or issues.
Implements and coordinates care to promote safety and health.
Communicates effectively across formats and roles in practice.
Demonstrates leadership and commitment to current nursing practice.
Applies evidence-based practice in Emergency Nursing.
Maintains patient safety and quality of care.
