Qualifications

• Current RN license (or compact license) is required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications (or within 30 days of hire).
• Unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with care teams and departments to ensure timely, quality care.
• Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and Mercy Service Standards.
