Saint Clare's Health, part of Prime Healthcare, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on a night shift. You will provide direct patient care, coordinate with physicians, and mentor other nursing personnel to uphold high standards of safety and quality.

Requirements include an active RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC within specified timelines, and at least one year in an acute care ER setting; BSN preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS certificate within 30 days and maintain current.
• PALS and/or ENPC within 30 days and maintain current.
• Minimum one year ER nursing in acute care; E.R. setting preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• CEN certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process in Telemetry and ED.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of nursing staff.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and document results.
• Maintain EMTALA compliance and patient privacy.
