Qualifications

• Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration required.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS/CEN certifications preferred or required as stated.
• Experience in an emergency department or full-service hospital setting is valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy.
• Coordinate with care team for discharge planning and education.
• Maintain documentation and ensure safety and quality improvement.
• Support nursing governance and professional development.
• Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions.
