AdventHealth in Tampa is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the emergency department during the night shift. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate multidisciplinary care to optimize patient outcomes.

Required RN license in Florida, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and upcoming NIHSS credentials. Benefits start day one with a sign-on bonus and relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Emergency department nursing skills and patient assessment abilities are required.
• Ability to think abstractly to assess patients, intervene, and revise care plans.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments of patients' physical, mental, and emotional health.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary care among physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
