Formación

• 2+ years of recent ED RN experience strongly preferred.
• 1+ years of recent Charge ED RN experience strongly preferred.
• BLS certification required before start date; CPR cards must be current.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Nurse Manager in overseeing department operations and patient safety.
• Assist in development and evaluation of care standards for the unit.
• Coach and develop staff; ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with CNS/Educator to meet educational needs and maintain continuity of care.
• Help manage resources and balance workload to meet patient needs.
