Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a department supervisor to lead patient care and staff management in a busy emergency department. You will oversee personnel, hire, train, evaluate performance, and foster professional development while ensuring care plans meet age and developmental needs.

You will monitor staffing, assign nursing duties, manage schedules and payroll, participate in budgeting, and adapt to operational changes to maintain high-quality emergency services.

Qualifications

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience, supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Coordinate patient care plans tailored to age and developmental needs.
• Monitor staffing levels, assign nursing duties, and ensure productivity aligns with departmental goals.
