Job summary

Preferred qualifications include 2–5 years RN experience with an associate’s degree or 5–10 years

Qualifications

• Valid RN license is required.
• Experience leading teams in healthcare settings is preferred.
• RN with 2–5 years for associate’s degree holder or 5–10 years for bachelor’s degree holder.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop staffing plans and oversee budgeting for the department.
• Ensure quality patient care and compliant documentation.
• Coordinate staff schedules, payroll, and communications.
• Support clinical interventions based on assessments and medical plans.
