• CA RN license with BLS, ACLS within 9 months; PALS and TNCC within 1 year.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides 24/7 oversight of efficient emergency department operations.
• Has 24-hour responsibility for quality of care and performance improvement.
• Organizes patient care and staffing in supervised areas and collaborates with leadership.
• Develops staff schedules, hires, and supports ongoing education and evaluation.
• Communicates with stakeholders and coordinates care across units and sites.
