The ER Nurse Manager will oversee a fast-paced Emergency Department serving patients with a broad range of urgent, emergent, and complex needs. Key responsibilities include daily Emergency Department operations, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, regulatory readiness, quality and safety initiatives, throughput improvement, employee engagement, and performance development.
