Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice is required.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• CPI certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• PALS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and teaches diverse patient/family groups.
• Leads and delegates to the nursing team and coordinates with interdisciplinary colleagues.
• Uses data to evaluate and promote outcomes and quality of care.
• Ensures alignment with privacy, safety, and compliance standards.
