Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of practice (ass required)
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• CPI certification within 30 days of hire
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire
• PALS certification within 90 days of hire
• Preferred: clinical specialty certification

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to provide patient care and leadership.
• Assess learning needs and teach diverse patient populations and staff.
• Delegate and manage nursing team resources (human and fiscal).
