Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per the nursing process on assigned units.
• Partner with care teams and participate in interdisciplinary rounds.
• Lead and mentor others, contribute to unit governance and quality improvement.
• Coordinate patient care across shifts to achieve clinical outcomes.
• Utilize evidence-based practice and Safety tools to prevent errors.
