Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• CPI Certification within 30 days of hire
• ACLS within 90 days of hire
• PALS within 90 days of hire
• Certification in clinical specialty area (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process in delivery of patient care
• Assess learning needs and implement teaching for patient and family
• Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources
• Use data to evaluate and promote change for optimal outcomes
• Promote customer satisfaction and staff morale
• Adapt communication and care to diverse patient populations
• Perform other related duties as required
