Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Nursing program.
• Completion of fundamentals of clinicals in an accredited Nursing program.
• 0-1 years of experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care within scope of practice and monitor vital signs.
• Communicate with care team and participate in bedside shift reports.
• Develop clinical skills under RN supervision.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient areas and equipment.
• Document tasks accurately and timely per policies.
• Provide compassionate patient interactions and uphold customer service.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies.
