PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date

Responsibilities

Delivers patient-centered nursing care in accordance with Wesley Medical Center standards.
Systematically evaluates quality and effectiveness of nursing practice through quality of care activities.
Monitors patient progress toward outcomes and contributes to performance improvement.
Coordinates with patients, families, and healthcare providers for optimal care.
Applies age-appropriate competencies to department-specific patient population.
Administers and secures medications per established guidelines.
