Job summary

Texas Health Resources in Dallas, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse II for the Emergency Department. This full-time night shift role includes weekend and holiday requirements.

The RN must have a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred) and 1 year of RN experience, with required BCLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI and trauma course trainings. Join a fast-paced, patient-centered team with strong leadership support.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma in Nursing required or Associate's degree in nursing required or Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required.
• 1 year of emergency department acute care experience strongly preferred.
• RN - Registered upon hire required.
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required.
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire required.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days of hire required.
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention training annually within 90 days required.
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course within 6 months required or ATCN - Advanced Trauma Care Nurse within 6 months required.
