Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NH seeks a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across departments. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to implement care plans and ensure excellent outcomes.

Formación

• RN license required or active in NH.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification required within 90 days of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, report changes.
• Perform procedures and monitor care as ordered, document in medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver holistic treatment plans.
• Interface with healthcare providers and community resources to ensure continuation of care.
