The role requires RN licensure, BCLS within 30 days, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development across the Frisbie system.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification required within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes.
• Document care in the patient medical record promptly and thoroughly.
• Respond to patient requests promptly and anticipate needs to improve care quality.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to customize and deliver treatment plans.
• Interface with healthcare providers and community resources to coordinate ongoing care for specialized patient groups.
