Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of start date.
• RN – Registered Nurse credential required.
• Associate Degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and during shifts; report changes.
• Perform procedures and care per provider orders and document in medical records.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Coordinate an individualized care plan with the care team.
• Interface with community resources to coordinate ongoing care.
