Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the healthcare team and collaborate with physicians to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized care plan.
• Provide and document patient care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and perform nursing interventions with attention to safety and accuracy.
• Prioritize duties and respond to changing acuity levels to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
