Job summary

Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Full-Time position in a Free-Standing Emergency Department in Florida. The RN will provide professional nursing care using the nursing process and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient outcomes.

Requirements include 3+ years of recent Acute Care ER experience, ADN or nursing diploma, BSN preferred, and an active Florida RN license (or compact license with 90 days to obtain).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent Acute Care ER RN experience.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma from an accredited institution required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current FL RN license required or appropriate compact licensure; active FL compact license within 90 days if licensed out-of-state.

Responsibilities

• To provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process and maintaining compliance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act; collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care and optimal patient outcomes.
