Progeny Human Resource Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Florida. The RN IIB will provide professional nursing care, perform assessments, support exams and treatments, educate patients, and maintain records in a fast-paced ED environment.

The role requires active Florida RN licensure, an associates degree or RN diploma, and compliance with ACLS/BCLS/ Crisis Intervention/ PALS/TNCC timelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year of acute care experience within the last 3 years is required; ER/trauma experience preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida, multistate or able to obtain licensure prior to start date.
• Associate Degree or RN Diploma.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• PALS Pediatric Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date.

• Deliver direct patient care effectively and efficiently for varied and complex needs.
